Andy Granatelli’s biography in the Motor Sports Hall of Fame web site states that Andy is “A racer, a car owner, designer, businessman, promotional genius, an automotive expert…”   Known as “Mr. 500”, he has been responsible for setting over 400 world land speed records, designed engines for Chrysler, Cadillac and Studebaker, designed and raced the famous Indianapolis turbine engine car, owned race cars that won twice at Indy, turned a small company that he renamed as “STP” into a household name – and that’s just the short list.  For more information on this remarkable gentleman, visit:
